Swallow´s nest 2
The small Swallow’s nest can accommodate two people. There is a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is available.
The living room
The cozy living room is furnished in such a way that you can enjoy the wonderful view of the garden and the lake of Ratzeburg from the comfortable wicker armchairs and a dining table. Furthermore, there is a secretary desk. Books and games are offered for you as well.
The bedroom
The bedroom is on the east and is furnished with a very comfortable double bed (1,40 meter). A large TV with cable connection is offered for you there.
The kitchen
The small but well-equipped kitchen has a double ceramic hob, a separate oven, a refrigerator, as well as a kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. A small bistro table with two chairs is included in the furniture as well. Of course, all important cooking utensils and dishes are available for 2 people.
The bathroom
The bathroom is spacious and modern. It was completely modernized in 2020. A shower is available here.
Garden
Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the spacious garden. In addition to garden furniture, there is also a barbecue grill available here.
Please note:
This apartment is located directly under the roof and can only be reached via a steep staircase. We would therefore like to point out that only adults, not mobility-impaired people, should stay here.

Prices and services
With an occupancy of up to 2 people, the apartment is available from € 30 per day. Please ask for the price for the time you want to go on vacation.
The minimum booking period in the summer months is one week (Saturday to Saturday), otherwise on request. Final cleaning is mandatory and costs € 45.
If required, you can get bed linen and towels at a price of € 15 per person and change.

Surroundings
Explore the nature in the area. There are countless hiking trails and bike tours and a wide range of water sports activities.
The area around Ratzeburg is beautiful and offers a variety of excursion options, e.g. Lübeck, Hamburg or Schwerin with many shopping opportunities and a rich cultural offer. The Hansapark and the Stone Age village of Kussow are not only interesting for children.
We recommend riders a visit to the Icelandic horse farm in Sterley.
